Removing
3.1. Remove the air filter housing.

3.2.2. Install locking pin (2) into the hole for fixing the moving part (1) tensioner, relative to the fixed part (3) in this roller position (4).

3.3. Remove poly V-belt.
Attention: when turning the tensioner, do not apply excessive force to the key so as not to damage the front cover of the cylinder block.
Installation

3 5 Operate the spring tensioner. To do this, follow these steps.
