Vehicles with engines 111.948 and 601.970
Removing
1. Disassemble the gearbox.
2. Remove the rotating shaft seal 3 (see fig.6.18).

3. Remove screws 6.
4. Remove the blocking device 1 of transfer of a backing.
5. Unscrew the bolt 15 with a spherical head.
6. Remove the roller bearing 2. To do this, heat the clutch housing to about 80-100°C.
7. Remove the ventilation bolt 4.
8. Remove bearing bush 5.
9. Remove roller bearing outer race 12.
10. Remove bearing 14.
11. Remove the outer race 9 of the tapered roller bearing.
Installation
12. Installation is made in an order, the return to removal. To install the roller bearing 2, heat the clutch housing to 80-100°C and insert the roller bearing.
Vehicles with engine 611.980
Removing
13. Disassemble the gearbox.
14. Remove the rotating seal 1 (see fig.6.19).

15. Unscrew the oil filler 2 and drain 3 plugs.
16. Remove the blocking device 4 reverse gears.
17. Remove the roller bearing 5. To do this, heat the clutch housing to about 80-100°C.
18. Remove the ventilation bolt 7.
19. Remove the outer ring 8 of the roller bearing. To do this, heat the clutch housing to about 80-100°C and remove it with a hammer and a piece of wood (see fig.6.20).

20. Remove outer race 9 and gasket 10 of the tapered roller bearing.
21. Remove the rotating gland 11.
Installation
22. Installation is made in an order, the return to removal. To install the roller bearing 2, heat the clutch housing to 80-100°C and insert the roller bearing.
