- to pump out a brake liquid from a tank by means of the syringe or a pear shown on fig. 268;
Attention! Brake fluid is toxic. In no case should you pump it out by mouth through a hose.
- add new brake fluid (DOT 4);
- open the bleed valve on the brake mechanism of each wheel in turn and, pressing the brake pedal slowly, pump out a certain amount of fluid. For each wheel, press the pedal approximately 10 times;
- at the same time, monitor the fluid level in the tank and top up in a timely manner, preventing air from entering the system;
- start work from the right rear wheel, since its mechanism is the most remote.
