Installation details of the ABS front wheel sensor rotor

1. Disassemble the drive shaft (2) (see chapter transmission line).
2. Clamp the shaft (2) in a vice.
3. Having turned 2 mm and broken with a chisel, remove the rotor - try not to damage the shaft.
4. Before landing on the shaft, warm up the replacement rotor to a temperature of about 80°C, then use a suitable mandrel.

Details of the installation of the ABS rotor on models with rear wheel disc brakes

1. Remove the half shaft (2), take it apart (see chapter transmission line) and clamp it in a vise.
2. Using a suitable tool, remove the rotor (1) from the half shaft.
Note. On models with internal rotors, unscrew the slotted nut (see chapter transmission line).
3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
