Pic. 3.4. Car wash
Washing a car on the street is now prohibited in many cities. There are good reasons for this: during washing, oil residues and other harmful substances enter the sewer along with dirty water. Therefore, automatic washing is a good solution to the problem. The amount of water used is sufficient, the process is gentle. Oil separators and water treatment systems respect the environment. In addition, various washing programs can be selected.
Using a high pressure washer
1. Water temperature should be maximum 60°C. Too hot water affects the rubber and underbody protection.
2. Set the pressure regulator to a maximum of 3 MPa.
3. Stay 60-80 cm away (pic. 3.4). At a shorter distance from the vehicle and with more pressure, there is a risk of damage to the paintwork.
4. Be careful when washing the engine, as water may damage the vehicle's electronic equipment or enter the engine through the intake manifold, which may cause damage.
