Loudspeaker in the door
Removing
1. Disconnect the negative cable (-) battery with the ignition off. The cabin air filter box must first be removed.
Attention! Before disconnecting the cable, find out the security code of the radio, if any, refer to Section Replacing the battery.
2. Remove the door lining, refer to Section Removal and installation of a forward facing of a door.
3. Disconnect the connector (1) loudspeaker.
4. Remove 3 screws (arrows in the illustration) and remove the loudspeaker with the housing from the door.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
2. Connect ground cable (-) battery with the ignition off. Install the cabin air filter box. If necessary, enter the radio code and set the time on the clock.
Tweeter in front doors
Removing
1. Disconnect the negative cable (-) battery with the ignition off. The cabin air filter box must first be removed.
Attention! Before disconnecting the cable, find out the security code of the radio, if any, refer to Section Replacing the battery.
2. Remove the triangular pad, refer to Section Removal and installation of a triangular overlay.
3. Disconnect the connector (1) high frequency speaker.
4. Carefully use a screwdriver to release the locking tabs (arrows in the illustration) and remove the tweeter from the triangular cover.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
2. Connect ground cable (-) battery with the ignition off. Install the cabin air filter box. If necessary, enter the radio code and set the time on the clock.
Loudspeaker in the instrument panel
Removing
1. Disconnect the negative cable (-) battery with the ignition off. The cabin air filter box must first be removed.
Attention! Before disconnecting the cable, find out the security code of the radio, if any, refer to Section Replacing the battery.
2. Remove the ventilation deflector from the instrument panel, refer to Section Removal and installation of ventilation deflectors.
3. Disconnect the speaker connector.
4. Using a screwdriver, remove the loudspeaker from the back of the ventilation deflector from the holder, and then from the instrument panel.
Installation
1. Insert the loudspeaker into the holder and fix it.
2. Plug in the connector.
3. Insert the top vent and secure with four screws.
4. Insert the cover into the instrument panel and fix.
5. Connect ground cable (-) battery with the ignition off. Install the cabin air filter box. If necessary, enter the radio code and set the time on the clock.
Shelf loudspeaker - sedan
Removing
1. Disconnect the negative cable (-) battery with the ignition off. The cabin air filter box must first be removed.
Before disconnecting the cable, find out the security code of the radio, if any, refer to Section Replacing the battery.
2. Using a plastic wedge, remove the cover above the loudspeaker from the shelf, as described in Section Removal and installation of the shelf.
3. Disconnect the speaker connector.
4.Open the trunk.
5. Push in the locking tabs (1) speaker and remove the speaker from the cabinet.
6. Remove 4 screws and remove the loudspeaker from the cabinet.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
2. Connect ground cable (-) battery with the ignition off. Install the cabin air filter box. If necessary, enter the radio code and set the time on the clock.
