Removing
1. Mark with paint the position of the corresponding front wheel relative to the hub. This will allow the assembly to install the balanced wheel in its original position. Loosen the wheel bolts before jacking up the vehicle. Raise the front of the car, put it on stands and remove the front wheel.
2. Raise the front of the vehicle and place on stands.
Attention! The operation of lifting and placing the vehicle on stands is dangerous! Therefore, before carrying out the operation, read Section Jacking and towing Introduction to leadership.
3. Remove the front locker, refer to the relevant section.
4. Loosen the lock screw (1) between fender and bumper. (4) - adjusting screw.
5. Disconnect with a screwdriver (2) brace (3) away from the bumper and tilt it toward the center of the car.
6. Pull the bracket back and remove from the bumper.
7. Remove the outdoor air temperature sensor, refer to Section Removal and installation of the sensor of temperature of external air.
8. Disunite a socket of the left and right fog lamps.
9. Disconnect the parking assistant connector, if installed.
10. Turn out 2 screws of fastening (2) right and left of the fog lights.
11. Open the hood and remove 2 screws (1) right and left of the headlights.
12. Remove the bumper from the car with the help of an assistant.
Installation
1. Install the bumper with the help of an assistant.
2. If necessary, adjust with the screw (4) gap. The gap value is given in the Specifications.
3. Fix the bumper with 4 screws with a torque of 4Nm.
4. Insert the bracket between the fender and the bumper so that the clamp collar fits into the guide on the bumper. Screw in the lock screw.
5. Install the outdoor temperature sensor, refer to Section Removal and installation of the sensor of temperature of external air.
6. Dock the connector of fog lamps.
7. Mate the parking assistant connector, if equipped.
8. Install the wing locker, refer to Section Removal and installation of the front wing locker.
9. Reinstall the front wheel so that the marks made during removal match. Pre-lubricate with a thin layer of bearing grease the centering belt of the wheel disk on the hub. Do not grease wheel bolts. Replace rusty bolts. Wrap bolts. Lower the car onto the wheels and tighten the bolts crosswise to 110Nm.
10. Connect the negative cable (-) to the battery when the ignition is off. Install the cabin air filter box. Enter the radio code and set the time on the clock.
11. Check the headlight adjustment at a workshop as soon as possible and adjust if necessary.
