Removing
1. Remove the turn signal light.
2. Remove the electrical wires and the pneumatic pipe for height adjustment from the headlight.
3. If equipped, remove the wiper arm (24) lights. To do this, fold up the protective cover, unscrew the nut (22) and remove it along with the washer (23).
4. Depending on the equipment, unscrew the cross member or the side guards in the headlight mounting area.
5. Remove two screws (26) and unhook the protective cover (25) under headlight.
6. Remove the screws (27–29) and carefully pull the headlight forward. Cover the shock absorber with a rag to avoid scratching it.
7. If equipped, remove the hose to the headlight lens cleaner.
8. If you need to remove the lens of the optical element of the headlight, remove the rubber seal. Remove the two supporting earrings from the spring clips at the top and bottom (38). Remove the diffuser of the optical element (9) together with seal (21).
Installation
1. If removed, insert the headlight optic lens into the housing and at the same time push it in until the support lugs at the top and bottom click into place.
2. Check the seal in advance for porosity and replace it if necessary.
3. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.
4. After assembly is complete, have the headlights adjusted by a specialist workshop.
