1. Check that the clutch action is smooth and even, the vehicle starts smoothly and the pedal travel does not exceed the recommended range. Also listen for noises when you squeeze the clutch.
2. Check that all gears can be engaged smoothly and without noise.
3. Check for leaking hydraulic clutch parts (see chapter 6).
